"Female" wins category 1 tournament

Rita Pauwels has won the third GRC tournament of 2001. Three players scored 4 out of 5. Kurt Vandenbranden was *very* close to his second win this year because his MB-score was higher than Rita's, but the confrontation between him and Rita in the 4th round was won by Rita and that result was used as the tie breaker. Aksel De Meester was the third player with 4 points.
Lotte Portael was the first female winner of a category 3 tournament (14 and younger), An Baelemans the first to win a category 2 tournament (less than 1500 Elo), and now, finally, we have a first female winner of a category 1 tournament. As such, Rita Pauwels has made her contribution to GIPF history.
